I had a rough stay; the room I got was for disabled guests, even though I'm able-bodied and it felt really cramped. Plus, I asked for a king-size bed but ended up with two singles pushed together. Super disappointing!

I spent my Christmas at this hotel, and I've got to say, the location was just perfect! Right on the seafront with amazing views, making beach walks an absolute delight.
On the flip side, my room was quite basic, and the bed was super hard, not great for a good night’s sleep. Plus, the bar area was chaotic when we checked in, and I ended up overcharged – a nightmare! it wasn’t the relaxing getaway I hoped for.

The breakfast variety was excellent, with perfectly cooked full English options.
On one morning, the bacon and eggs were unfortunately cold and hard, affecting the meal quality.

Just a great match for a quick stopover in Sunderland with great value-to-price ratio. The cooked breakfast was tasty despite the small portions. Be mindful of breakfast timing. It ends early on weekends.
